Start your morning with an energy-boosting protein shake!
This smoothie with help you soar through the morning feeling satisfied and alert. Not to mention it only takes 2 minutes - so no more excuses for missing the most important meal of the day!
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or non dairy beverage of your choice)
1 serving of protein powder (should be at least 16-20g protein)
1/2 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil (flaxseed oil is also acceptable)
1 serving vitamin powder (All One Vitamin Powder is recommended)
1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder 
3-5 ice cubes depending on desired thickness
Optional additions
1/2 small organic frozen banana
1/2 cup organic frozen berries (blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries)
1 serving greens powder (Green Vibrance is amazing - it’s ok to start slowly and build up to a full serving)
Mix all ingredients in blender, pour, and enjoy!
